about me

I am a psychotherapist with practices in Central and North London. I offer both long and short-term therapy, counselling and clinical supervision.

My training is integrative. When working long-term I do so within a psychoanalytic framework. I also use this theoretical framework when working short-term - dependent on the difficulty.

Additionally I offer short-term Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for those who wish to work on a specific issue - for example to help with panic attacks.

I also provide supervision for psychotherapists and counsellors.

I am registered with the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), whose professional code of ethics I adhere to. I am also a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and registered with the Counselling Directory.
