about me

I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with practices in Central and North London. I offer both long and short-term therapy/counselling dependent on your needs or where long-term commitment is not possible.

My training is integrative and when working long-term I do so within a psychoanalytic framework. Generally I also use this theoretical framework when working short-term - dependent on the difficulty.

Additionally I offer short-term Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for those who wish to work on a specific issue - for example to help with panic attacks.

I am registered with the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), whose professional code of ethics I adhere to. I am also a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
