Anne has undertaken a rigorous training as an Integrative Psychotherapist that has given her grounding in core theoretical perspectives. At an initial meeting, Anne will discuss with you what you wish to gain from psychotherapy or counselling, and think about the most suitable approach with you.
Her clinical practice is chiefly influenced by psychoanalytic and attachment theory, both as ways of working and of understanding human development and relationships. Anne also utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), working either purely with CBT, or combining it with a psychodynamic approach where relevant.
